In this episode:
When getting started, be clear on who is my ideal customer, what brand values I bring to the table, who are my competitors and how can I do things differently.
Don’t waste time getting ready to get ready – just go.
A negative mindset and imposter syndrome, as well as dwelling on the negative, will impact your overall quality of life.
Change your mindset so when setbacks happen you’re in a position to learn and grow from it instead of holding you back.
Just like being in a band, you have to practice the fundamentals so when you go on stage you can show your best.
Think about things to be grateful for, even if something goes wrong, instead of looking at it negatively, think about it instead what did I learn, or what could I have done better or do better next time.
Don’t worry about being smartest guy in the room, instead surround yourself with people that you can learn and grow from.
If you’re going against big go small, if you’re going against small go big.

“Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit. Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.”
