Thirsty Thursday with The BOB at Victor 23 Craft Brewery
Welcome the first installment of Thirsty Thursday with The BOB!
Every Thursday we will be highlighting a beer, brewery, or tap house in the Vancouver area, along with a previous BOB podcast episode that corresponds with it. The goal of The BOB Thirsty Thursday is to spread some positive vibes and light to the people in the community, and sharing a couple of things things that make Vancouver great, particularly Craft Beer and Small Businesses. We can’t wait to share our experiences.
We had a wonderful time last night hanging out and catching up with our good friend, Valerie Bovey Hooks of Be Local West Vancouver, and Business Over Beer Alum from Episode #23.
Ben enjoyed the beautiful and delicious Low Visibility Hazy IPA. Jonathan crushed the Black Box Oatmeal Stout and Knopper, rocked the Schaffner Pilsner. Our friend, Val drank an amazing looking Cider (forgot to take a ) trust me, it looked good.
Victor 23 has a full menu that complements the craft beer. Ben didn’t eat, but Jonathan had a huge pretzel, Val had the deviled eggs, Knopp had tacos, and the peeps across from us had these bomb looking brisket nachos, seriously they looked like a mile high of goodness! The service was particularly fantastic. The beertender made me feel welcome and was very knowledgeable.
The BOB can definitely recommend you visit Victor 23 this weekend!
