Passages To Success Fall Conference: The REAL FUNdamentals for the Modern Small Business Owner Presented by Comcast Business

September 29 @ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

$150

So many business owners are looking for a silver bullet, one thing they think will catapult their business to the next level.

We hate to break it to you, there isn’t one.

We put this event together to showcase the most critical building blocks you need to master for your journey to long term success.

Here’s what you can expect:

FUN: A day working on ourselves and our business doesn’t have to be excruciating. In fact, just the opposite, THIS IS THE GOOD STUFF, it’s the work we should be most looking forward to. And we believe in having REAL FUN while we do it.

INSPIRATIONAL & MOTIVATIONAL: We believe that sharing experiences is the best way to overcome the loneliness and uncertainty that we carry on our shoulders as business owners. You will hear some amazing stories from some amazing humans that will inspire you to be a better business owner. We’ll ask you to look honestly at your own thought processes, challenge you to look at who you are and decide if you’re satisfied with how things are or whether you’re ready to be better.

ACTIONABLE: This is not just a love in where we’ll all be singing Kumbaya. Our incredible speakers will give you actionable insights and tools you can use right away to help you grow as a person and help you grow your business.

FOOD & DRINK: It wouldn’t be a Passages to Success event without food and drink. We’ll be providing coffee, tea, water and light breakfast refreshments in the morning. Lunch will be provided midday. And there will be a reception immediately following with beer, wine, appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages. There’s a rumor going around there might a brand new beer available being brewed by the Passages to Success guys…

SPEAKER LINEUP

HEADLINING SPEAKER – CHRIS HAYS

Telling one of the great business growth stories that is happening right here in our backyard, we have Chris Hays, President and COO of ZoomInfo, who joins us for a live interview on our Business Over Beer Podcast and open Q&A. We will learn about his background, his experiences from being a small business owner himself, and he will share some invaluable lessons he’s learned from growing a successful business.

MENTAL HEALTH – MIKE NIETO

Mike Nieto, ETC., Owner of Catworks Construction and Founder of Dig Deep, a non-profit dedicated to employee mental health, will be sharing his personal story and a message that we cannot build great “things” with so many broken people. It is critical that we work on ourselves so we can create a new community that is filled with thriving people who can be uncomfortably safe and grow to their fullest potential.

STRATEGIC PLANNING – CARL J. COX

In addition to taking care of yourself, as a small business owner, you must find time for big-picture strategy. Carl J. Cox, CEO of 40 Strategy and host of the Measure Success Podcast, will show you how to develop an actionable, strategic plan to scale your business. In addition, he will be doing a live strategic planning demonstration with a local CEO, showing you the steps you can use to build your plan and putting you on a path to 3x growth.

STORYTELLING – LINDSEY CHARLET

Having a strong purpose isn’t enough, you need to be able to articulate it. Lindsey Charlet, Founder/CEO of HUB Collective, will share why owning your story is critical to business success. When you are authentically yourself, it invites others to be the same. Stories are a great way to have people not feel talked at, stories are easier to listen to versus explanations or sales pitches. So many business owners are looking for the path of least resistance to success, but Lindsey will show you that you have to lean into the hard stuff.
